Enquiries this week, tracked to the penny

Google & Meta Ads

SEO builds over months. Ads bring leads in now. I set up and run Google, Facebook and Instagram campaigns with the tracking done properly — so we both know what your money’s doing, rather than hoping.

or tried them and “they didn’t work”?

What you get

Search, social, and the bit most people skip: tracking

Search, social, and the bit most people skip: tracking

Google Ads

Search, Performance Max and remarketing built around the terms your customers actually use, with negatives to cut the waste.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns with creative that matches your brand, targeted by place, interest and behaviour.

Tracking & reporting

Conversion tracking that counts real enquiries — forms, calls, bookings — not visits. A two-minute monthly report: spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, what changes next.

Ads + SEO

Ads for now, articles for later. The data from one feeds the other.

Ads for now, articles for later. The data from one feeds the other.

Most of my clients run both: ads for the enquiries they need this month, search-term articles for the traffic that keeps coming after the ad budget stops. The search terms that convert in Google Ads are exactly the ones worth writing pages for — so the ad spend isn’t just buying enquiries, it’s buying the research.

How it runs

Goals, build, tune, report

Goals, build, tune, report

01

Goals & budget

What a lead is worth to you, what you can sensibly spend, and what “working” looks like in numbers we both agree on.

02

Build

Campaigns, ad groups, creative and landing pages — with the tracking tested before a penny is spent.

03

Tune weekly

Search terms, negatives, bids and creative reviewed every week to cut waste and push what’s working.

04

Report monthly

Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and what I’m changing next. If it isn’t paying for itself, I’ll say so.

Honest bit

Three things to know

Your ad spend goes to Google or Meta, not to me — my fee is fixed and separate, so I’ve no reason to push you to spend more. If the landing page is the problem, I’ll say so before the campaign starts rather than let the budget find out. And there’s no contract: if the numbers aren’t there after a fair run, you stop.

Campaigns that paid for themselves

Campaigns that paid for themselves

A Google campaign that was chasing page views instead of enquiries — tracking rebuilt, budget put back to work. Cost-per-enquiry figures follow from the October baseline.

The questions people actually ask

Enough to learn something — a few hundred pounds a month is a sensible start for most local service businesses. I’ll suggest a figure based on what a lead is worth to you, not on what Google suggests.

Google catches people already searching for what you do; Meta reaches people who don’t know you yet. Often both, split by what the numbers say.

No. Month to month. Your spend goes to the platform; my fee is fixed.

Not always — but the landing page matters more than the ad. I’ll tell you if something needs fixing before spending, and it’s usually small.

Send me access and I’ll tell you why, free. Usually it’s tracking, targeting too wide, or no negatives — all fixable.

“Came to us as a recommendation and didn’t let us down. Excellent communication, service and support. Really helped us whilst we tackled all the elements of moving our business.”

Talk about advertising

Tell me what you sell and where, and I’ll tell you whether ads make sense, what to spend, and what I’d expect back.

No contract. Fixed fee, separate from your ad spend.

“Awesome company, awesome people – can’t recommend enough. Customer experience is crucial and these guys certainly delivered that.”
