What They Needed
A church family with two church buildings needed one welcoming website for services, events, giving and safeguarding, kept up to date by a small team rather than a developer.
What I Did
I built a warm, easy-to-follow site with giving and safeguarding easy to find from every page. When the church moved to ChurchSuite, I embedded their live services and events straight into the site, showing the events view rather than a basic calendar, so the team only has to update it in one place.
Keeping It Running
The site runs on WordPress with the Avada theme. I look after the hosting, security, backups and updates, so it stays fast, safe and up to date. That includes keeping the site’s own enquiry and newsletter emails properly authenticated, and blocking forged emails made to look like they come from the church’s domain.
