What They Needed

Landgate Consultants carry out facade inspections and the intrusive investigation work behind fire risk appraisals of external walls. The directors had moved on from the old Facade Doctors business and needed the online side to follow: a website, print, a steady LinkedIn presence, and a clear view of what marketing would be worth doing next.

What I Did

I built the website in 2024 and have kept it current since, from accreditations and partner logos to a rewrite of the FRAEW wording so it says exactly what they do. Alongside it: the brochure, letterhead and business cards, a weekly LinkedIn post under a small social retainer, and the admin nobody enjoys, from email migration to winding down the old Facade Doctors domains once nothing depends on them.

Then I put together three marketing options, at different levels of ambition and cost, so the directors could pick a direction that suited the business rather than being sold one package. They chose the middle one: Google Ads plus search and AI discoverability work, on top of the content already covered by the retainer.

Let’s have a chat

Twenty minutes, no pitch. I’ll tell you what would actually move the needle, what it’d cost, and — if the honest answer is “nothing yet” — that.

No hard sell. No contract to sign today.

“Fantastic service and delivered amazing results. We are very pleased with our new website design. Highly recommended.”
