What They Needed

Hunter Gatherer, a plant-based cafe and coffee shop on Albert Road in Southsea, wanted their website to do more than sit there. Events needed a proper home on the site, the business needed to show up on Google Maps, and they wanted a plan for bringing more traffic in.

What I Did

I built the website in 2023, replacing a Squarespace and Shopify set-up, and I host and support it. In 2026 I added an events section so what’s on has a permanent, findable place, moved the menu to a PDF so it can change every couple of weeks without a rebuild, and I’m setting up their Google Business listing so local searches land on them.

The next step is a search-led blog plan built on their Search Console data, so the growth work is planned and costed rather than done ad hoc.

Let’s have a chat

Twenty minutes, no pitch. I’ll tell you what would actually move the needle, what it’d cost, and — if the honest answer is “nothing yet” — that.

No hard sell. No contract to sign today.

“Fantastic service and delivered amazing results. We are very pleased with our new website design. Highly recommended.”
