What They Needed

Connection Timber Buildings design and build timber buildings and garden rooms. They wanted a site that sold the quality of the work, and then a way for customers to commit to an order without a paper trail.

What I Did

I built the first website in 2024, then redesigned it with new branding and content in 2025, and I host and support it along with their sister South Downs Garden Rooms site. Once it was live the work moved on to features: a Signature Collection with a configurator for the standard designs, a WhatsApp contact button, and an order-now flow that lets a customer reserve a build with a 10% deposit paid online.

Smaller jobs keep the site working for them between the big ones: Google reviews set-up, analytics tidy-ups and the routine updates that come with a support plan. Two sites, one person looking after both.

Looks fab so far, I love the animation, and the layout looks great.

Twenty minutes, no pitch. I’ll tell you what would actually move the needle, what it’d cost, and — if the honest answer is “nothing yet” — that.

No hard sell. No contract to sign today.
